ReferAll's Military Peer2Peer platform connects service members, veterans, and military families through trusted referrals for training, mentorship, and leadership development. By leveraging the power of military networks and shared experience, our AI-powered system matches individuals with peer mentors, specialized training programs, and leadership opportunities - creating pathways from service to civilian success while strengthening the bonds that make the military community resilient.

 MISSION: The On It Foundation – [Acronym for On It: Opportunities Necessary to Increase Technology] is a National 501(c)(3) public non-profit whose mission is dedicated to providing free computers and 22nd Century Skill Sets (STEM/STEAM Education) to low-income families with students in grades K-12 that receive a free/reduced school lunch, attend a public/home school and reside within the United States.  

 Our partnership with The On It Foundation STEM program aligns youth education with federal and enterprise growth opportunities. We're building the next generation of skilled professionals for advanced manufacturing, defense technology, and critical infrastructure sectors - connecting STEM learners directly to mentorship, training, certifications, and career pathways in high-demand industries. The result: young people prepared for meaningful careers, and federal contractors and enterprise partners gaining access to the diverse, skilled talent they need to win and execute contracts. 

Working on both sides of the hiring equation - as a candidate and with employers - I witnessed firsthand the critical gaps in how we recruit, train, retrain, and retain talent. We've been ignoring our greatest natural asset: the power of referrals. Somewhere along the way, we've taken the "human" out of "Human Resources."

Every day, we hear stories of recruiters ghosting, candidates being passed over for being "overqualified," and the quiet sting of ageism. Meanwhile, employers face 20-30% placement fees and exorbitant job posting costs just to fill positions.

After more than 20 years in the DoD marketplace, I saw these same gaps affecting our Veterans and military spouses. I also learned and experienced firsthand that when certified as an 8(a) firm, owners couldn't take W2 positions - due to strict certification guidelines - between contracts to sustain themselves or their business. This challenge inspired us to create the "Refer Consult" benefit, a feature specifically designed for small business owners to post and find 1099 and independent contract opportunities.

I became my own best case study. So I built solutions to solve the problems I encountered - a robust platform that's been tried, tested, and proven in the real world. ReferAll earned recognition as a Google for AI Startup Awardee in 2023, and we're just getting started. We're disrupting the entire HR environment with streamlined, AI-powered processes that deliver excellence for candidates and employers alike.
